Cancellation policy

• To secure your appointment time, a $50 - $100 deposit must be paid before booking, and this deposit is non-refundable.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 48 hours' notice, you can reschedule your appointment using the $50 - $100 deposit for the new appointment time. This rescheduling option is available only once. If you need to reschedule a second time, the deposit will be forfeited, and you may be required to make a full payment before booking.

• For cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, the $50 - $100 deposit will be forfeited, and you may be required to make a full payment before booking.

• We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to the need to postpone your treatment. However, please keep in mind that these changes not only affect your therapist but also other clients who may have been interested in booking the same time slot.

NO-SHOW POLICY

• It is very important that you call within 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment.

 You will be charged a $50 - $100 fee if you don't show up without 24 hours advanced notice.

Appointment Etiquette

• We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate late arrivals. We strive to provide the best service to our clients and, if possible, we will try to find an alternative appointment time for you or offer the next available slot. If you are driving, we kindly request that you allow ample time for potential traffic and parking delays.

• To ensure the safety and comfort of our clients, we have a policy in place that does not allow children in the clinic. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

Gift Voucher Uses

• Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 month  from the purchase date for online purchases, and bookings must be made within this period.
• Gift Vouchers may be used for payment for the service, Sophia Medi Spa provides.
• Gift Vouchers are not to be redeemed for cash.
• Gift Vouchers can not be transferrable 
• No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Voucher
• Gift Vouchers are not replaceable if lost stolen or destroyed, photocopied or altered in any way and will not be accepted by Sophia Medi Spa or be otherwise redeemable. 
• Terms and Conditions may change in the future 
• Terms are void where prohibited by law. Terms and Conditions of the Voucher are governed by the Law of Queensland
